Carrabba’s Italian Grill is famous among those who love Italian food. The restaurant was founded in 1986 by Johnny Carrabba and his uncle Damian Mandola.
The pair opened their first restaurant in Houston, Texas, followed by a second in the same area. Although OSI Restaurant Partners went into partnership with the pair in 1993, they still operate those first two restaurants.
Carrabba’s is a wonderful restaurant for the Italian food lover as well as anyone who enjoys quality wine. They have an extensive wine menu offering one of the largest wine selections I have personally ever seen in a restaurant.
They have a wide variety of food as well even a picky eater can find something they will enjoy on their menu. They serve antipasti, Zuppe & Insalate, Brick oven pizza, Stuffed pastas, Signature pastas, and much more. They even have a Bambino menu which is a kid’s menu. Carrabba’s also sticks to simple foods on their kids menu such as spaghetti, ravioli, pizza, and chicken. Any parent knows how important it is for simple foods for their children. Most children don’t want to have a fancy shrimp pasta, they rather have a bowl of spaghetti or a grilled cheese.
